Who we are
KAL STUDIO is an independent technology studio based in the Netherlands and is the controller for the data described on this page. Dutch and EU data protection law applies to it.
Waitlist data
When you join the KAL STUDIO development list, we store your email address, consent time, signup source and subscription status. We do not ask for a name, phone number or motorcycle details. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form and withdrawable at any time.
Purpose
We use this information only to send occasional KAL STUDIO product and development updates. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising profiles.
Research answers
The one-question research form on the Lean Angle page stores only the answer you picked and the page it came from. No email address, no IP address and no identifier is stored alongside it, so an answer cannot be traced back to you.
Browser storage
We set no cookies, store nothing in your browser and use no third-party trackers. Nothing on this site keeps a record of you between visits, which is also why the research question is asked again if you reload the page.
Retention and processors
Waitlist data is stored using Supabase infrastructure. Website delivery and form processing use Cloudflare. Both act as processors on our behalf and may process data outside the Netherlands. Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion; research answers are kept for as long as the project runs.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent. A public contact address will be added before the first mailing is sent.
